Seiichi Ogawa
is a Japanese football manager and former player. He currently manager of Wyvern FC. Club career Ogawa was born in Chiba on July 21, 1970. After graduating from high school, he joined Toyota Motors (later ''Nagoya Grampus Eight'') in 1989. He played many matches as left side back from first season and became a regular player from 1991. The club won the champions 1995 first major title in his history. In Asia, the club also won the 2nd place 1996–97 Asian Cup Winners' Cup. In 1998, he could not play at all in the match for injury. In 1999, he came back and the club won the champions 1999 Emperor's Cup. He retired end of 2000 season. Managerial Career In 1 January 2021, Ogawa begin career as assistant manager of Wyvern FC until 31 August 2021. One day later, he promoted to manager his club on same year. Chiba (city)
is the capital city of Chiba Prefecture, Japan. It sits about east of the centre of Tokyo on Tokyo Bay. The city became a government-designated city in 1992. 1990–91 Japan Soccer League
Both divisions of the Japan Soccer League were given the 3-1-0 league format. League tables First Division Yomiuri won its fourth JSL title and went to the Asian Club Championship. Nissan, by virtue of its Emperor's Cup win, represented Japan for the first time in the Asian Cup Winners' Cup. Yanmar Diesel, four-time champions in the 1970s, was relegated for the first time after an aimless decade. Nippon Kokan, who two seasons before was contending for the title, was relegated as well and would cease to exist by the middle of the decade. Second Division Struggling fallen giants Hitachi and Mazda were promoted back to the top flight after a few seasons of second division wilderness: Hitachi at the first attempt, Mazda on the third. Yawata Steel, co-founder of the First Division with them in 1965, was relegated, leaving only five JSL founding clubs that would professionalize for the J.League. 2022 Japanese Regional Leagues
The is the 57th edition of the Japanese Regional Leagues, the fifth tier of the Japanese football league system. As usual, this edition of the Regional Leagues is divided with 84 teams distributed in nine regional leagues. The winners of each Regional League along with other three between the nine Regional Leagues runners-up (determined by a criteria set by the JFA), qualifying to the 2022 Japanese Regional Champions League. It serves as a single-elimination tournament, in which the winner and the runner-up of the competition can qualify either directly to the Japan Football League, or by a play-off match with one of the last-placed teams at the JFL table, with the confirmation of how must the winner (and/or runner-up) they qualify to the JFL being made by the JFL board.
