The Scream the Prayer Tour, also known as Scream the Prayer, or simply STP, was an American Christian metalcore/Christian hardcore, hardcore music worship tour, presented by INRI Clothing. The tour had been held annually since it began, in mid-2008. For Today was an American Christian metalcore band from Sioux City, Iowa, formed in 2005. They released two EPs, ''Your Moment, Your Life, Your Time'' and ''Prevailer'', and six full-length albums: '' Ekklesia'' in, 2008, ''Portraits'' in 2009, ''Breaker'' in 2010, ''Immortal'' in 2012, ''Fight the Silence'' in 2014, and '' Wake'' in 2015. The band split up in 2016. History For Today was founded in 2005 by Ryan Leitru, Mike Reynolds, David Morrison, and Jon Lauters. Lauters and vocalist Matt Tyler, who joined the band shortly after its formation, (who later became known as Madison Skylights) left the band soon after, and were replaced by Mattie Montgomery (formerly of Besieged) and Brennan Schaeuble. Schaeuble was replaced by Ryan's brother Brandon. The Great Commission is an American Christian hardcore band from Riverside, California. The band started making music in 2007. Their Original membership includes is Justin Singh, Angela Razo, D.J. Burr, Derek C, Matt B, & Chris Ryan. With members Christian, Nelson, Rodney and Solomon joining in as members left. The band released an independently made extended play, ''The Great Commission'', in 2008. They signed to Strike First Records, where they released, ''And Every Knee Shall Bow'', a studio album, in 2009. I The Breather
I, the Breather is an American metalcore band from Baltimore, Maryland. Formed by Shawn Spann, Justin Huffman and Morgan Wright in late 2009, the group was signed to Sumerian Records and had released three albums through the label before announcing their disbanding in 2015. In 2020, the band reformed as Breather. History The band was formed by lead vocalist Shawn Spann during 2007 as a side project. After spending a couple years sifting through bands/members to find the right members for I the Breather, Shawn Spann was introduced to Justin Huffman and Morgan Wright by mutual friends. The Crimson Armada
The Crimson Armada was an American metalcore band formed in Westerville, Ohio in 2007 by Kyle Barrington and David Puckett. Following a one-year hiatus in 2008, the band returned to increased popularity, releasing its first EP, ''Behold the Architect''. Following the release of ''Behold the Architect'', the Crimson Armada signed a record deal with Metal Blade Records. In July 2009, the band released its debut album, ''Guardians''. Following the album's release, the band went on several tours with acts such as the Chariot, and MyChildren MyBride. In mid-2010 the group headed out on the Scream the Prayer Tour. The Color Morale is an American metalcore band from Rockford, Illinois, formed in 2007. The band includes vocalist/keyboardist Garret Rapp, guitarists Devin King and Aaron Saunders, bassist Mike Honson, and drummer Steve Carey. Rapp and Carey are the only two members of the original line-up that remain in the band. The group was signed to Fearless Records before they went into a hiatus in 2018. Maylene and the Sons of Disaster is an American heavy metal band from Birmingham, Alabama. The group were founded in 2004, shortly after vocalist Dallas Taylor's departure from Underoath. In 2005, Maylene and the Sons of Disaster signed to Mono Vs Stereo and released their self-titled debut album. A Plea for Purging was a Christian metalcore band based out of Nashville, Tennessee. During their time active, they released four full-length albums on Facedown Records and two EPs. Their final release, ''The Life & Death of A Plea for Purging'', reached No. 24 on the US ''Billboard magazine, Billboard'' Rock Albums chart and No. 11 on the Heatseekers chart.
