	Donald Arseneault Donald Arseneault (born in Dalhousie, New Brunswick) is a New Brunswick politician. He is the former Liberal member of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick for the riding of Dalhousie-Restigouche East. At the time one of the youngest members of the legislature, Arseneault worked in the civil service before being elected in the 2003 election. He was named to the opposition shadow cabinet following the election as critic for both the Office of Human Resources and the Department of Intergovernmental and International Relations. 	Shawn Graham Shawn Michael Graham (born February 22, 1968) is a Canadian politician, who served as the 31st premier of New Brunswick from 2006 to 2010. He was elected leader of the New Brunswick Liberal Party in 2002 and became premier after his party captured a majority of seats in the 2006 election.
