The Special School for the Blind and Visually Impaired ( sq, Shkolla speciale për të verbër) is located in Peja. Details The Special School for the Blind and Visually Impaired dates back to 1982. The school offers grades from the preschool to high school levels. The Well-being Center for the blind in Peja offers services for regular schools that have integrated special needs students. Peja ( Indefinite Albanian form: ''Pejë'' ) or Peć ( sr-Cyrl, Пећ ) is the fourth largest city of Kosovo and seat of Peja Municipality and Peja District. Education in Kosovo is carried out in public and private institutions. Starting from 1999, education in Kosovo was subject to reforms at all levels: from preschool education up to university level.
