Schnappi das kleine Krokodil (''Snappy the Little Crocodile'') is a cartoon character originating from the German children's show ''Die Sendung mit der Maus'' (''The Show with the Mouse''). The cartoon's introductory song, "Schnappi, das kleine Krokodil," became an Internet hit before it reached #1 on the German Singles chart in January 2005 and other European countries as well, topping the singles charts in Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland. Background Schnappi was a one-time character in a popular animated German children's TV show called ''Die Sendung mit der Maus'' (The Show With the Mouse). In the episode in which Schnappi appears, Schnappi is seen singing a song about life in Egypt using simple language in German. Joy Gruttmann (who sings the song) is the niece of composer Iris Gruttmann, and has since 1999 sung children's songs for ARD's children's broadcast Die Sendung mit der Maus. "Ein Lama in Yokohama" is a 2005 song released by animated German crocodile, Schnappi. It was the second single from the debut album '' Schnappi und Seine Freunde'' and was released on 25 April 2005. Song subject The song concerns itself with a llama (and his friend Schnappi). The llama flies to Yokohama, and is frustrated by his inability to eat with chopsticks. "Where is the fork?" asks the llama. The llama and Schnappi do various silly things with their chopsticks. Eventually, the llama learns to use chopsticks by observing several geisha eating, and becomes a chopstick "superstar". Axel F
"Axel F" is the electronic instrumental theme from the 1984 film ''Beverly Hills Cop'' performed by Harold Faltermeyer. It was an international number one hit in 1985. Background The title comes from the main character's name in the film, Axel Foley (played by Eddie Murphy). It is composed in the key of F minor. Faltermeyer recorded the song using five instruments: a Roland Jupiter-8 provided the distinctive "supersaw" lead, a Moog modular synthesizer 15 provided the bass, a Roland JX-3P provided chord stab brasses, a Yamaha DX7 was used for the marimba sound, and a LinnDrum was used for drum programming. Crazy Frog (originally known as The Annoying Thing) is a Swedish CGI-animated character and Eurodance musician created in 2003 by actor and playwright Erik Wernquist.
