Sathriyan
''Chatriyan'' () is a 1990 Indian Tamil-language crime drama film, written and produced by Mani Ratnam under Aalayam Productions. The film was directed by K. Subash, an assistant of Mani Ratnam. The film stars Vijayakanth, Bhanupriya and Thilakan, while Revathi made a guest appearance as Vijayakanth's wife. The film has Vijayakanth playing Selvam, an honest cop and Thilakan as Annachi, a corrupt politician and the antagonist. This film ran more than 150 days in some theatres and was declared a ''blockbuster'' at the box office. The film is one of the biggest hit films of the early 1990s and has attained cult status. Yuvan Shankar Raja
Yuvan Shankar Raja or Abdul Haliq (born 31 August 1979) is an Indian film score and soundtrack composer and singer-songwriter. He mainly scores music for Tamil films. Considered a versatile composer, he is particularly known for his use of Western music elements and often credited with having introduced hip hop to the Tamil film and music industry and started the "era of remixes" in Tamil Nadu. Yuvan has won two Filmfare Awards South, five Mirchi Music Awards South, four Vijay Awards and three Tamil Nadu State Film Awards. Within a span of 25 years, Yuvan has worked on over 100 films. Vishnuvardhan (director)
Vishnuvardhan is an Indian film director, producer and screenwriter who predominantly works in the Tamil cinema. A one-time associate of Santosh Sivan, he made his directorial debut in 2003 with ''Kurumbu'', which did not fare well at the box office. Narayanan Vijayaraj Alagarswami (born 25 August 1952), better known by his stage name Vijayakanth, is an Indian politician and former actor who has worked predominantly in Tamil cinema. He was the Leader of the Opposition in the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly from 2011 to 2016. Before entering politics Vijayakanth was a successful actor, producer and director. Palappurathu Kesavan Surendranatha Thilakan (15 July 1935 – 24 September 2012) was an Indian film and stage actor who appeared in over 200 Malayalam films.
