Satam Al-Suqami
Satam Muhammed Abdel Rahman al-Suqami ( ar, سطَّام السُّقامي, ) (June 28, 1976 – September 11, 2001) was a Saudi law student and one of five hijackers of American Airlines Flight 11 as part of the September 11 attacks in 2001. Al-Suqami had been a law student until he was recruited into al-Qaeda along with Majed Moqed, another hijacker, and traveled to Afghanistan where he would be chosen to participate in the 9/11 attacks. He arrived in the United States in April 2001. On September 11, 2001, al-Suqami boarded American Airlines Flight 11 and participated in the hijacking of the plane so that it could be crashed into the North Tower of the World Trade Center as part of the coordinated attacks. Ibn al-Shaykh al-Libi (; ALFB transliteration: ''Ḁbnʋ ălŞɑỉƈ alLibi''; born Ali Mohamed Abdul Aziz al-Fakheri; 1963 – May 10, 2009) was a Libyan national captured in Afghanistan in November 2001 after the fall of the Taliban; he was interrogated by American and Egyptian forces. The information he gave under torture to Egyptian authorities was cited by the George W. Bush Administration in the months preceding its 2003 invasion of Iraq as evidence of a connection between Saddam Hussein and al-Qaeda. Salem al-Hazmi ( ar, سالم الحازمي, , also transliterated as Alhazmi) (February 2, 1981 – September 11, 2001) was a Saudi Arabian terrorist. He was one of five terrorist hijackers of American Airlines Flight 77 as part of the September 11 attacks. Al-Hazmi had a relatively long history with al-Qaeda before being selected for the attacks.
