Sarwar is a city and a sub division in Ajmer district in the Indian state of Rajasthan. Additionally, it is a Nagar Palika and Panchayat samiti. Ataul Hakim Sarwar Hasan is a Lieutenant general of Bangladesh Army and Chief of General Staff (CGS) of Bangladesh Army. He is the former Vice-Chancellor of Bangladesh University of Professionals. Sarah Begum Kabori (also Kabori Sarwar; born Mina Pal, 19 July 1950 – 17 April 2021) was a Bangladeshi film actress and politician. Her notable films include ''Sutorang'', ''Sareng Bou'', ''Abhirbhab'', ''Shat Bhai Champa'', ''Sujon Sokhi'' and ''Lalon Fokir''. Golam Sarwar (1 April 1943 – 13 August 2018) was a Bangladeshi journalist and writer. He served as the founding editor of ''Samakal'' and ''Jugantor''. He was awarded Ekushey Padak by the Government of Bangladesh in 2014. Early life and education Sarwar obtained his bachelor's and master's in Bengali Literature from the University of Dhaka. Faryadi Sarwar Zardad (also known as Zardad Khan and Commander Zardad) is an Afghan former warlord. In 2005 he was convicted in the United Kingdom (where he was living), for conspiring to take hostages and conspiring to torture during the 1990s in Afghanistan.
