Sarah Richardson
Sarah Richardson (born October 22, 1971) is a Canadians, Canadian interior designer and television personality who started out her career as a prop stylist in 1994. Since then, she has hosted several television series on design for HGTV (Canada), HGTV in Canada. Sarah Richardson is the recipient of a ''Gemini Award'' as well as a ''Canada's Top 40 Under 40'' award. Early life and education Richardson was born on October 22, 1971 in Toronto, Ontario. Her mother, Susan Cuddy, was director of design and development for the old City of Toronto. Her father, Douglas Richardson, is a retired professor of history of art and architecture at the University of Toronto. Her brother, Theo Richardson, is also a designer and is a partner in the New York City firm of Rich, Brilliant, Willing. Richardson's parents divorced when she was five. Georgian Bay
Georgian Bay (french: Baie Georgienne) is a large bay of Lake Huron, in the Laurentia bioregion. It is located entirely within the borders of Ontario, Canada. The main body of the bay lies east of the Bruce Peninsula and Manitoulin Island. To its northwest is the North Channel. Georgian Bay is surrounded by (listed clockwise) the districts of Manitoulin, Sudbury, Parry Sound and Muskoka, as well as the more populous counties of Simcoe, Grey and Bruce. The Main Channel separates the Bruce Peninsula from Manitoulin Island and connects Georgian Bay to the rest of Lake Huron. Sarah's House
''Sarah's House'' is a Canadian television reality series hosted by Toronto interior designer Sarah Richardson, which airs on HGTV. The program's on-air team also includes interior designer Tommy Smythe and contractor Vito Colucci, as well as Richardson's husband, marketing communications specialist Alexander Younger. In each season of the series, Richardson purchases an outdated and undervalued house, and depicts the process of renovating the house. Each episode focuses on one room or two related rooms within the renovation project. The program's first season aired in 2007, followed by the second airing in fall 2008.
