Santo Tomas, officially the Municipality of Santo Tomas ( ibg, Ili nat Santo Tomas; ilo, Ili ti Santo Tomas; tl, Bayan ng Santo Tomas), is a 4th class municipality in the province of Isabela, Philippines.
