Santiago Luna
Santiago Luna Torres (born 29 November 1962) is a Spanish professional golfer. Luna's father was on the staff at Puerta de Hierro Golf Club in Madrid. He turned professional in 1982 and has spent over twenty years on the European Tour, playing in over five hundred tournaments. He ranked in the top one hundred on the Order of Merit twelve times, with a best of 31st place in 1998. His sole win on the European Tour came in 1995 at the Madeira Island Open, but he has several victories in other professional tournaments. He has represented his country in international competition several times, and in 1999 he helped Spain to the runner-up position at the World Cup. Markus Brier
Markus Brier (born 5 July 1968) is an Austrian professional golfer. He won twice on the European Tour and in 2008 was his country's second highest ranked player, behind Bernd Wiesberger. Career Brier won the Swiss and German Amateur Opens in the mid-1990s, and turned professional in 1995 at a relatively late age. Nine top ten finishes, including five top threes, on the 1999 Challenge Tour earned him third place on the season ending money list and playing privileges on the European Tour for 2000. He retained his tour card through his final position on the order of merit every year, except for 2002 and 2010 when he regained it through final qualifying school. 2018 European Senior Tour
The 2018 Staysure Tour was the 27th season of the European Senior Tour, the professional golf tour for men aged 50 and above operated by the PGA European Tour. The season was officially called the Staysure Tour after UK-based insurance company Staysure became the Tour's first-ever title sponsor. Tournament results The 2018 schedule consisted of 19 events, including three new tournaments. Miguel Ángel Martín (golfer)
Miguel Ángel Martín (born 2 May 1962) is a Spanish professional golfer. Professional career Martín was born in Huelva. He started out as a caddie and turned professional in 1981. He has been a member of the European Tour for more than twenty seasons, and in 2005 he became the first Continental European golfer to make 500 appearances on the tour. He also attempted to make the PGA Tour in 1988. He was one of the 1988 PGA Tour Qualifying School graduates. His best finish on the Order of Merit was 17th in 1996 and he has won three European Tour events. He was also a member of the winning Spanish team at the 2000 Alfred Dunhill Cup. André Robert Bossert (born 14 November 1963) is a Swiss professional golfer. Early life and education Bossert was born to Swiss parents in Johannesburg, South Africa, and played college golf at Oral Roberts University and University of Tulsa in the United States. It was held for the first time in June 2017 at Linna Golf near Hämeenlinna, Finland. It was the first European Senior Tour event held in Finland. Steen Tinning
Steen Tinning (born 7 October 1962) is a Danish professional golfer who formerly played on the European Tour and plays on the European Senior Tour. Career Tinning was born in Copenhagen. After a successful amateur career he turned professional in 1985 and soon won a place on the European Tour. This career was interrupted when he and his wife were involved in a multiple car crash in Germany in 1990, which badly damaged his right arm. He recovered and went on to win two European Tour events, the 2000 Celtic Manor Resort Wales Open and the 2002 Telefonica Open de Madrid. The PGA Seniors Championship is a European Senior Tour golf tournament for men aged fifty and above. It was founded in 1957 and became part of the European Senior Tour on its founding in 1992. It was not held in 2016 or 2017 but returned in 2018 as the Staysure PGA Seniors Championship. It is the oldest important seniors tournament in Europe and, together with the Senior Open Championship, one of only two current events that predate the founding of the European Senior Tour in 1992.
