Sanna Jinnedal (born on 25 April 1993 in Borås) is a Swedish model and Miss World Sweden titleholder. Jinnedal was crowned Miss World Sweden 2012 and represented Sweden at Miss World 2012 in China, placing amongst the Top 30, and she also became Miss World Sportswoman 2012. Borås
Borås ( , , ) is a city (officially, a locality) and the seat of Borås Municipality, Västra Götaland County, Sweden. It had 66,273 inhabitants in 2010. Geography Borås is located at the point of two crossing railways, among them the railway between Gothenburg and Kalmar, and is often considered the Swedish city gaining the most from the nationwide railway system laid between 1870 and 1910. Miss World Sweden
Miss World Sweden is a national Beauty pageant that has selected Sweden's representative to the Miss World, and Miss Earth pageant. History Firstly, Miss Sweden which ran from 1949 to 2003, by the female magazine '' VeckoRevyn'' and production company '' Strix'' in partnership with MTG. The competition qualified delegates to the global contest Miss World. As the competition stopped running, it was replaced by separate pageants with various franchises, but lost the franchise in 2003. The pageant was under sponsorship by Studio Fashion Inc and the marketing is made by the women's magazine '' Hänt Extra'' until 2020. After that the newly formed Miss Sweden pageant under the Miss Sweden Organization became the new sponsors/licenseholders with the main winner of Miss Sweden going to Miss World. Miss World 2012
Miss World 2012, the 62nd edition of the Miss World pageant, was held on 18 August 2012 at Dongsheng Fitness Center Stadium in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, China. 116 contestants from all over the world competed for the crown. Ivian Sarcos of Venezuela crowned her successor Yu Wenxia of China at the end of the event. This is the second time China has won the title of Miss World. Results Major Special Awards Challenge Events There were six challenge events. They were Top Model, Beach Fashion, Sport, Multimedia, Talent, and Beauty With a Purpose.
