Sanjam Regmi
Sanjam Regmi (born 22 December 1982) is a Nepalese cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm off break bowler. He made his debut for Nepal against Germany in July 2001. He represents the Colors X-Factors of the Nepal Premier League and APF Club of the National League. Playing career Born in Kalaiya in 1982, Sanjam Regmi first played for Nepal in 2001 when he played against Germany in the 2001 ICC Trophy in Ontario. 2001 ICC Trophy
The 2001 ICC Trophy was a cricket tournament played in Ontario, Canada in 2001. It was the Cricket World Cup qualification tournament for the 2003 Cricket World Cup. Three spots in the World Cup were on offer and the Netherlands, host nation Canada and for the first time, Namibia all qualified. Scotland failed to qualify losing in the 3rd place play off and finishing fourth. The Netherlands won the final against Namibia. The ACC Fast Track Countries Tournament was a three-day cricket tournament run by the Asian Cricket Council (ACC), contested between its top-ranking ICC associate members. It was played three times between 2004 and 2006, and then replaced by the ACC Twenty20 Cup. Some matches in the second edition of the tournament held first-class status, as they were simultaneously ICC Intercontinental Cup matches. 2004/05 tournament Hong Kong, the UAE and Nepal all qualified for the 2005 ICC Intercontinental Cup as a result of their top three finish in the tournament.
