''Sancta Maria'' is a Latin-language soprano aria arranged by Steven Mercurio based on the Intermezzo from the opera ''Cavalleria Rusticana'', composed by Pietro Mascagni. It uses some of the same lyrics as Ave Maria and has become a popular concert piece. It also has been recorded by several singers, like Sissel Kyrkjebø, Charlotte Church, Katherine Jenkins and the tenors Andrea Bocelli and Friar Alessandro. Soprano
A soprano () is a type of classical female singing voice and has the highest vocal range of all voice types. The soprano's vocal range (using scientific pitch notation) is from approximately middle C (C4) = 261 Hz to "high A" (A5) = 880 Hz in choral music, or to "soprano C" (C6, two octaves above middle C) = 1046 Hz or higher in operatic music. In four-part chorale style harmony, the soprano takes the highest part, which often encompasses the melody. I Believe My Heart
''I Believe My Heart'' is the debut album by British singer Keedie. It was released on 18 November 2004. The album has a mixture of genres and songwriters. Two classics; "Ave Maria" and the aria "Un bel dì vedremo" are sung in English. Seven other arias feature on the album (two of which are hidden). The classics include Rutter's version of "Pie Jesu" and Sarah Brightman and Andrea Bocelli's " Time to Say Goodbye". There are two popular covers featured on the album; Madonna's "You'll See" and Enya's "Only Time". The album also features seven original songs. Two of these songs are interludes that Keedie co-wrote herself; "Interlude" and "Fio Est Toute". " I Believe My Heart" was written by Andrew Lloyd Webber and David Zippel for their musical '' The Woman In White''. Christian prayer is an important activity in Christianity, and there are several different forms used for this practice. Amira Willighagen
Amira Willighagen (born 27 March 2004) is a Dutch soprano singer who won the sixth season of '' Holland's Got Talent'' in 2013, at the age of nine. Early life Amira Willighagen speaks both Dutch and Afrikaans because she was born to a Dutch father and a South African mother whose mother tongue is Afrikaans. She grew up surrounded by classical music. At the age of seven, during a holiday in England, she heard the aria "Nessun Dorma", performed by Luciano Pavarotti. In that period she looked at her brother Fincent playing the violin, their mother Frieda also played the violin and the father Gerrit played the piano. Ave Maria – En Plein Air
''Ave Maria'' is the first classical, and the fifth studio album released by the Finnish soprano Tarja Turunen. On the 22 July 2015, earMUSIC released a video announcing the existence of the album, following with a teaser trailer on 6 August. The full music video was not released until 13 August that year, with Tarja singing the rare "Ave Maria" by Paolo Tosti. Background In an interview with Winter Storm Slovakia, Tarja talked a little about the recording sessions : "All the musicians performed the songs together with me without an audience" and continues saying "Nothing has been edited nor any studio tricks have been used" and finishes with "So what you hear on the record, is purely how the songs sounded in Lakeuden Risti church during the recording session." Tarja Soile Susanna Turunen-Cabuli (born 17 August 1977), known professionally as Tarja Turunen or simply Tarja, is a Finnish heavy metal singer, best known as the former lead vocalist of Nightwish. She is a soprano with a three and a half octave range. Turunen studied singing at Sibelius Academy and Hochschule für Musik Karlsruhe. She is a professional classical lied singer, and the former lead vocalist of the Finnish symphonic metal band Nightwish, which she founded with Tuomas Holopainen and Emppu Vuorinen in 1996.
