Falisolle
Falisolle ( wa, Farjole) is a village of Wallonia and a district of the municipality of Sambreville, located in the province of Namur, Belgium and located a few kilometers south of Sambre. It was a community in its own right before the municipal mergers in 1977. The village covers an area of 4.83 square kilometers and is officially 115.45 m above sea level. As of 1999 it had a population of 3,448. History Falisolle was one of the possessions which were ceded around 650 CE to the monastery of Fosses by Itta, the widow of the Mayor of the Pepin of Landen Palace. The locality remained in the hands of the group until the end of the Ancien Régime and designated a dependency of Liège. The advowson rights belonged to the lord of Morialmé. Tamines
Tamines ( wa, Tamene) is a village of Wallonia and a district of the municipality of Sambreville, located in the province of Namur, Belgium. During the Middle Ages, there was a seat of an alderman in the village, which had strong connections to the priory in Oignies on the other side of the Sambre. From the 18th century, coal mining started in the village, and by 1899 most of the area of the village was used for coal mining. The mine closed in 1965. The village was connected to the Charleroi–Namur railway line already in 1843. Auvelais ( wa, Åvlè) is a town of Wallonia and a district of the municipality of Sambreville, located in the province of Namur, Belgium. The town lies in a meander of the River Sambre. The town of Auvelais was formed in 1809 from the merger of the villages of Auvelais-la-Comté and Auvelais-le-Voisin. Fleurus (; wa, Fleuru) is a city and municipality of Wallonia located in the province of Hainaut, Belgium. It has been the site of four major battles. Farciennes (; wa, Fårcene) is a municipality of Wallonia located in the province of Hainaut, Belgium. On January 1, 2018, Farciennes had a total population of 11,247. The total area is 10.39 km2 which gives a population density of 1,083 inhabitants per km2. It is located on the entre-Sambre-et-Meuse in the periphery of Charleroi.
