Sam Hewson (born 7 June 1993) is an English professional darts player, currently playing in Professional Darts Corporation events. He qualified for the 2015 BDO World Darts Championship. Career In 2014, he won the PDC Youth Tour England. He qualified for the 2015 BDO World Darts Championship, where he lost to Scott Waites in the first round. He qualified for the 2016 BDO World Darts Championship after Vladimir Andersen was removed from the tournament after being suspended by the Danish Darts Union, where he lost to Peter Sajwani in the preliminary round. Peter Sajwani (born 27 May 1977) is a former Swedish darts player. Sajwani was born in Las Palmas, Spain, to an Indian father and a Swedish mother. Career He won the 2014 Torremolinos Open, beating John Roberts in the final 4–1. In June 2014, he competed in the 2014 PDC World Cup of Darts with his playing partner Magnus Caris; they both lost their singles games in the second round against Scotland's Peter Wright and Robert Thornton to exit the tournament. He qualified for the 2015 BDO World Darts Championship, where he played Sam Head in the Preliminary round, winning 3–0. Scott Waites (born 17 February 1977) is an English professional darts player who plays in tournaments of the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC). He is a two-time BDO World Darts Champion having won the 2013 tournament and 2016 tournament. He is also a former Winmau World Masters champion, WDF World Cup singles' champion, Zuiderduin Masters champion. He also won the 2010 Grand Slam of Darts, becoming the only BDO representative to win the event.
