Saikyō Line
The Saikyō Line ( ja, 埼京線, ) is a Japanese railway line operated by the East Japan Railway Company (JR East). It connects Ōsaki Station in Shinagawa, Tokyo, and Ōmiya Station in Saitama Prefecture. The line's name is an abbreviation of the two areas the line connects: Saitama ( ja, 埼玉, links=no) and Tōkyō ( ja, 東京, links=no). At the northern end of the line, some trains continue beyond Ōmiya as far as on the Kawagoe Line; at the southern end of the line, many Saikyō Line trains continue onward beyond Ōsaki to either on the Rinkai Line (operated by Tokyo Waterfront Area Rapid Transit) or on the Sotetsu Main Line (via the Sōtetsu Shin-Yokohama Line). Beside the link that connects the Saikyō and Rinkai lines is the JR East Tokyo General Rolling Stock Centre that stores the rolling stock for the Yamanote Line and other types of rolling stock; and the Hinkaku Line which links Saikyo Line to the Tokaido Freight Line and Sotetsu-JR Link Line. Saikyō Maru
''Saikyō Maru'' (西京丸) was a steamship that was built in 1888 in Scotland for Japanese merchant service. She was requisitioned for service in the First Sino-Japanese War of 1894–95 and the Russo-Japanese War of 1904–05. She was scrapped in 1927. Building The London and Glasgow Engineering and Iron Shibuilding Company built ''Saikyō Maru'' in its shipyard in Govan, Glasgow. She was launched on 14 March 1888. Her registered length was , her beam was , her depth was , and her tonnages were and . She had a three-cylinder triple expansion steam engine that was rated at 563 NHP. ''Saikyō Maru''s first owner was Nippon Yusen KK, who registered her in Tokyo. Her code letters were HGQF. Haruma Saikyo
Haruma Saikyo is a Japanese kickboxer, fighting out of Tokyo, Japan. He is the former Krush Featherweight champion. As of 1 August 2020, he is ranked the #9 strawweight in the world by Combat Press. Kickboxing career After going 2-1 in his first three fights, Saikyo went on an eight fight winning streak, most notably defeating Yoshiki Takei and Taio Asahisa. His winning streak earned him the chance to challenge Kaito Ozawa for the Krush Featherweight title during Krush 81. He won the title by unanimous decision. He lost his next fight against Tatsuya Tsubakihara by majority decision, before successfully defending his Krush title with an extra round split decision against Yuta Murakoshi. Haruma took part in the 2018 Featherweight Grand Prix. In the quarter final, he won a close split decision against Hirotaka Asahisa.
