Saga Entertainment is an independent record label, based in London, founded in 2017 by music producers Grahame and Jack Corbyn. Artists on the label include Sam Bailey, Bargain Hunt, Shona McGarty and the Celebs, a supergroup of celebrities including Frank Bruno, Shona McGarty, Kara Tointon and Lionel Blair. History Saga Entertainment was founded in 2017 to release "Sleigh Ride", a charity single performed by BBC antique experts Charlie Ross, James Braxton, Philip Serrell and Charles Hanson. The single was produced by Grahame and Jack Corbyn in aid of '' Children in Need'' and released under the artist name Bargain Hunt. The music video for the single was broadcast on both Christmas specials of the show. In November 2018, the label released an original Christmas song called "Rock with Rudolph" which was to be the debut single from celebrity supergroup The Celebs. Charlie Ross (antiques Expert)
Charlie Ross (born June 1950 in Buckinghamshire, England) is a British antiques expert, presenter and auctioneer, known for regular appearances on several BBC Antique programmes. Professional career Ross started his career in 1968 after leaving school joining a local firm of estate agents and found himself auctioning chickens and turkeys. He progressed from these to antique furniture, and later established his own auction house in Woburn near Milton Keynes. He stood down in February 2008. Ross appears on television as an antiques expert on the BBC programmes ''Bargain Hunt'', ''Flog It!'', ''Antiques Road Trip'' and '' Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is''. He is now one of the five regular presenters on ''Bargain Hunt''. For many years, Ross has conducted the Pebble Beach Vintage Car Auction in California, and the Scottsdale Auction in Arizona for Gooding and Company. Laura Elizabeth Tobin FRMS (born 10 October 1981) is an English broadcast meteorologist, currently employed by ITV. Tobin worked for the BBC before moving to the ITV Breakfast programme '' Daybreak'' in 2012. ''Daybreak'' was later replaced by '' Good Morning Britain'' in early 2014. Tobin currently presents the weather bulletins for the programme. Early life and education Tobin was born and raised in Northampton. Great Ormond Street Hospital (informally GOSH or Great Ormond Street, formerly the Hospital for Sick Children) is a children's hospital located in the Bloomsbury area of the London Borough of Camden, and a part of Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust. The Celebs are a celebrity supergroup created by Grahame and Jack Corbyn with the intention of raising money for charity. The group was formed in 2018 and consists of a changing mix of TV presenters, musicians, radio DJs, actors and sports personalities. History 2018 In 2018, 27 celebrities gathered at Metropolis Studios to record an original Christmas song called "Rock with Rudolph", written and produced by Grahame and Jack Corbyn.
