Saeksan Or. Kwanmuang (เสกสรร อ.ขวัญเมือง) is a Thai Muay Thai fighter, originally from Nakhon Si Thammarat in the South of Thailand. Saeksan started to train Muay Thai in a camp near of his home at the age of 9. He was introduced to the sport by his father and his older brother, who was also a fighter. Saeksan is known as a Muay Bouk fighter (a Muay Thai fighter who always advances and is most focused on aggressive punching and elbow combinations); this fighting style helped turn him into a well-known fighter on the sporting circuit, receiving the nickname of Kon Mai Yom Kon (The Man Who Yields to No One) In July 2016, Saeksan Or. Nakhon Si Thammarat Municipality ( th, เทศบาลนครนครศรีธรรมราช, ; from Pali ''Nagara Sri Dhammaraja'') is a municipality (''thesaban nakhon'') in Southern Thailand, capital of Nakhon Si Thammarat province and Mueang Nakhon Si Thammarat district. It is about south of Bangkok, on the east coast of the Malay Peninsula. The city was the administrative center of southern Thailand during most of its history. Nico Carrillo is a Scottish Muay Thai fighter. He is the current WMO Welterweight World Champion, WMO Super Welterweight World Champion and ISKA Muay Thai World 65 kg Champion. Biography and career Early career Carrillo started combat sport training with boxing before discovering Muay Thai at the age of 15 at the Glasgow Thai Boxing Academy. Carrillo faced Paul Barbour at a Muay Thai Boxing event on March 26, 2016. Carrillo won by unanimous decision. On December 2, 2017 Carrillo faced Shane Farqharson at Victory Promotions. Lumpinee Boxing Stadium ( th, สนามเวทีมวยลุมพินี) is a sporting arena in Bangkok, Thailand. The stadium is named after Lumbini, the birthplace of the Buddha. Opened more than a decade later than Rajadamnern Stadium, Lumpinee is run by the Royal Thai Army. It has become the symbol of modern Muay Thai. Only Rajadamnern Stadium rivals the prestige of holding the title of "Muay Thai Champion of Lumpinee". The ranking system and championship titles are held from mini flyweight (105 lb) up to super welterweight (154 lb). Muay Thai bouts are held on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
