Cassarino first one a fight at the age of 17, on 15 August 2005. Cassarino thereafter one the W.M.C. Muay Thai Against Drugs tournament in Bangkok, on 12 August 2010.
Cassarino won a gold medal at the WMF Championship, and a bronze medal at I.F.M.A. World Muaythai Amateur Championships in Bangkok. At the age of 18, Cassarino fought in the Lumpinee Stadium of Bangkok, winning with a knockout.
On 14 April 2014 Cassarino went to a draw with Thai champion
