Saddle River County Park
Saddle River County Park is a county park in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States, stretching from Ridgewood to Rochelle Park, and extends out to Glen Rock. The park is located along the Saddle River and consists of five sections, all of which are connected by a paved path that is open to both pedestrians and bicyclists. Sections Listed from north to south: Wild Duck Pond: located on Ridgewood Ave in Ridgewood, this area features a pond with picnic areas, a dog run, and playgrounds. Glen Rock Area: located off of Prospect Street in Glen Rock, features a pond with picnic areas, playgrounds, and tennis courts. Dunkerhook Area: located in Paramus and Fair Lawn on Dunkerhook Road which can either be accessed from Paramus Road or Century Road, features picnic areas, playgrounds, and tennis courts. Rochelle Park, New Jersey
Rochelle Park is a township in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 5,814, reflecting an increase of 284 (+5.1%) from the 5,530 counted in the 2010 Census, which had in turn increased by 2 (0%) from the 5,528 counted in the 2000 Census. What is now Rochelle Park was originally incorporated as Midland Township on March 7, 1871, from portions of New Barbadoes Township. Portions of the township were taken to form the boroughs of Delford (on March 8, 1894; now Oradell), Maywood (June 30, 1894), Riverside (also June 30, 1894; now River Edge) and Paramus (March 2, 1922). The saddle is a supportive structure for a rider of an animal, fastened to an animal's back by a girth. The most common type is equestrian. However, specialized saddles have been created for oxen, camels and other animals.
