Sabzevar University Of New Technology
The Sabzevar University of New Technology (SUNT) is a public university in Sabzevar city at Razavi Khorasan province of Iran. Founded in 2011 in response to the increasing industrialization of Iran, SUNT adopted an industrial university model and stressed laboratory instruction in applied science and engineering. The university is a young one, with a campus that extends more than a mile alongside Sabzevar-Mashhad road. According to Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. Sabzevar ( fa, سبزوار ), previously known as Beyhagh (also spelled "Beihagh"; fa, بيهق), is a city and capital of Sabzevar County, in Razavi Khorasan Province, approximately west of the provincial capital Mashhad, in northeastern Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 208,172, in 57,024 families. Sabzevar is the commercial center for an agricultural region producing grapes and raisins. Sabzevar University Of Medical Sciences
Founded as the school of nursing and midwifery in 1986, Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences, Iran, found its independence from Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in 1995 admitting students for two majors: Nursing (four-year BSC program) and Midwifery (two-year associate degree) with eight faculty members. In 2008, with second round of the presidential visits, three schools of health, paramedical sciences as well as nursing and midwifery, Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences started to admit 20 students for the seven-year major in GP.
