Dick Kooijman
Dick Kooijman (born 10 November 1972 in Wijk bij Duurstede) is a Dutch footballer currently playing for AGOVV Apeldoorn in the Eerste Divisie. He played as a defensive midfielder. Biography Kooijman's football career began with Heracles Almelo in the 1993-94 season. The next season Kooijman played with FC Groningen and later with AZ from 1995 until 1997. FC Emmen was his next club where he played until 1999. Following that club, he moved to Go Ahead Eagles until 2003. He was transferred to De Graafschap where he played until 2005. Kooijman moved to SDC Putten in the 2005-06 season. He switched to AGOVV Apeldoorn in 2006. Background The league is divided into two sections: Saturday and Sunday. This is a result of the traditional pillarisation ( nl, verzuiling), the segregation of Dutch society. 2022–23 Vierde Divisie
The 2022–23 Vierde Divisie is a Netherland, Dutch football league season played in four sections, two on Saturday and two on Sunday. The champions of each Vierde Divisie section will be directly promoted to the Derde Divisie; other teams can get promoted through play-offs. Play-offs Promotion In each competition teams play periods of 10 games, three times per season (30 games per season). After each period the best team which has not yet qualified earns a spot in the play-offs for the Derde Divisie as the period champion. 6 teams from the Saturday Vierde Divisie play against 2 teams from the Saturday Derde Divisie for 2 promotion spots. The Dutch football league system consists of two fully professional leagues (Eredivisie and Eerste Divisie) and eight levels of amateur football leagues, the highest of which is called Tweede Divisie, formerly Topklasse. All the leagues are connected by a promotion and relegation system, but in order to be promoted to the Eerste Divisie a club has to submit a solid business plan to be approved by the Royal Dutch Football Association, as well as meet certain stadium demands, and some other demands that the association stated for all the teams in the top two leagues. That way it was possible that the IJsselmeervogels won the 2010–11 Topklasse, but was not promoted, because they did not want to be bound to these demands. FC Oss was promoted instead. The ''Barneveldse Krant'' is a local daily newspaper in the Netherlands. It is printed, published, and distributed by Royal BDU in Barneveld. The Eerste Klasse ( en, First Class) started as the 1st tier of football in the Netherlands and is now the 6th tier. The league is divided into eleven divisions, six for Saturday clubs and five for Sunday clubs. These divisions correspond to the six districts of the Royal Dutch Football Association: each district organises a Saturday competition and a Sunday competition, except for South II, which only has a Sunday competition. Woudenberg () is a municipality and a town in the central Netherlands, in the province of Utrecht. There are forests in the western part of the municipality.
