S7 (Vienna)
S7 is an electrified commuter rail service operating between Floridsdorf and Vienna International Airport, with extended southbound service to Wolfsthal in the greater Vienna area and northbound service to Laa an der Thaya, sometimes ending in Wolkersdorf and Mistelbach. Between Wien Mitte and the airport, S7 provides local service on the route while the City Airport Train provides non stop express service to the airport. Floridsdorf (; Central Bavarian: ''Fluridsduaf'') is the 21st district of Vienna (german: 21. Bezirk, Floridsdorf), located in the northern part of the city and comprising seven formerly independent communities: Floridsdorf, Donaufeld, Greater Jedlersdorf, Jedlesee, Leopoldau, Stammersdorf, and Strebersdorf. City Airport Train
The City Airport Train (CAT) is an express airport rail link train that connects Vienna International Airport and Vienna city center (Wien Mitte railway station) in 16 minutes without intermediate stops. Basic facts The City Air Terminal Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H., owned 50.1% by Vienna International Airport, Vienna Airport and 49.9% by Austrian Federal Railways, was founded in 2002 to operate the express train service. Wien Mitte Railway Station
Wien Mitte is a rail and U-Bahn station in Vienna, close to the city centre. It is the city terminus of Vienna's City Airport Train (CAT), which provides non-stop service to Vienna International Airport. Wolkersdorf im Weinviertel is a town in the district of Mistelbach in the Austrian state of Lower Austria.
