Sánder Fernández Cervantes (born 19 July 1987) is a Cuban footballer, who plays for Five Islands in Antigua and Barbuda. Club career Nicknamed ''Keko'', he played for local provincial side Ciego de Ávila but moved abroad to play for Antiguan side Five Islands alongside compatriots Julio Pichardo, Yoandir Puga, Armando Oramas and Yusvani Caballero and became the league's goalscorer with 14 goals. In Cuba, he was the league's top goalscorer in 2010, 2015 and 2016. International career Fernández made his international debut for Cuba in an October 2010 friendly match against Panama and has earned a total of 12 caps, scoring no goals. He represented his country in 1 FIFA World Cup qualification match. Morón is a city and a municipality in Ciego de Ávila Province in central Cuba. It is one of ten municipalities in the province, and is the second in importance and the oldest. Morón is the closest city to the tourist resorts on Cayo Coco and Cayo Guillermo. Geography The municipality is located north of the city of Ciego de Ávila, bordering the Bolivia municipality to the east, Chambas to the west, the Bay of Buena Vista and the Jardines del Rey to the north and the Ciro Redondo municipality to the south. Reysander Fernandez Cervantes (born August 22, 1984) is a footballer from Cuba who played in the Campeonato Nacional de Fútbol de Cuba, and the Canadian Soccer League. He is a former member of the Cuba national football team. Club career Fernández began his career in 2004 with FC Ciego de Ávila of the Campeonato Nacional de Fútbol de Cuba. With Ciego de Ávila he won a Campeonato Nacional de Fútbol de Cuba title in 2009. In Canada he signed with Brampton United of the Canadian Soccer League. In his debut season he helped clinch a postseason berth by finishing fourth in the overall standings. He featured in the quarterfinal match against SC Waterloo, but were eliminated by a score of 4–0. International career He made his international debut for Cuba in a March 2003 friendly match against Jamaica and has earned a total of 65 caps, scoring 4 goals.
