Synthetic Entertainment is a concert promotion and music management/booking company focused on industrial, metal, punk and electronic rock music, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The company spawned an in-house record label titled Synthetic Sounds distributed by Canadian indie giant Sonic Unyon. Some of the acts booked or promoted by Synthetic Entertainment since 2006 include Hanzel und Gretyl, SNFU, Agent Orange, Combichrist, Imperative Reaction, 16 Volt, Bella Morte, Rabbit Junk, Chemlab, and Genitorturers. Some of the acts managed by Synthetic Entertainment include Doctor Midnight & The Mercy Cult, Left Spine Down, SNFU, Raggedy Angry Based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Raggedy Angry is a band that plays a mixture of synth and industrial rock music. Chemlab
Chemlab is an American industrial rock band formed in Washington D.C. in 1989 by Dylan Thomas More, Joe Frank, and Jared Louche (then known as Hendrickson). Influenced by the pioneers of the industrial genre, such as Throbbing Gristle, Chemlab mixed experimental sounds with rock and metal within an electronic framework. They released their first EP '' 10 Ton Pressure'' (1990), parted ways with Frank and moved to New York City, their base for the duration of their career. Chemlab released their debut album ''Burn Out at the Hydrogen Bar'' in 1993 and toured with acts such as White Zombie, KMFDM, Nine Inch Nails, 16volt, and GWAR. iVardensphere is a Canadian band that plays a mixture of tribal-tinged industrial, EBM and power noise music, based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. History On June 16, 2009 via Synthetic Sounds the band released their full-length album titled ''Scatterface'' across Canada. Left Spine Down (LSD) is a Canadian band based in Vancouver, British Columbia, that plays what they call "cyberpunk": a mixture of electronica, metal, punk, and drum & bass. History The group formed in Vancouver in 2001 with Matt Girvan, Frank Valoczy and Kaine Delay, with Jeremy Inkel replacing Valoczy in 2003 (Jared Slingerland joined the following year).
