Sylow-Tournament
Sylow-Tournament ( da, Sylow-Turneringen) was a knockout association football competition contested annually between 1918 and 1926, organised by the Danish FA (DBU), which determined the championship of the representative teams, referred to as ''Sylow-teams'', of the six Danish regional football associations. The competition was held between the selected teams ( da, unionshold) of Copenhagen FA, Funen FA, Jutland FA, Lolland-Falster FA and Zealand FA for the first three seasons (1918–1920), before being joined by the Bornholm FA team in 1921 and eventually an additional Copenhagen FA team exclusively composed of players from the KBUs A-række competing in 1926. 1927–28 Danmarksmesterskabsturneringen
The 1927–28 Danmarksmesterskabsturneringen i Fodbold was the 1st edition of the new year-long league structure for the Danish national football championship play-offs, a Danish FA-organised club football tournament between the highest ranking clubs from each of the six regional football associations. The national tournament at the top of the Danish football league system consisted of two stages, a preliminary round contested by 20 teams split into 5 groups determined by draw and distributed evenly among all regional associations, where the five winners of each group would qualify for the final championship round held at the end of the season. The clubs participating in the nationwide competition were also simultaneously contesting in their local regional league championships. The Danish Football Union ( da, Dansk Boldspil-Union; DBU) is the governing body of football in Denmark. It is the organization of the Danish football clubs and runs the professional Danish football leagues and the men's and women's national teams. It is based in the city of Brøndby and is a founding member of both FIFA and UEFA. The DBU has also been the governing body of futsal in Denmark since 2008. DBU Copenhagen Series 1
Series 1 ( da, Serie 1) is the seventh level in the league system of Danish football. The division is organized by the regional branches of the Danish Football Association (DBU). The division has changed its name on numerous occasions. It has previously been known as B-rækken (up until 1921–22) and Mellemrækken (1947–1984), before settling with the current name of ''Serie 1'' in 1985. The competition The season starts in the spring and ends in the fall, and there is promotion and relegation after each half season. Each club in the groups play the others twice, once at their home stadium and once at that of their opponents. Boldklubben Frem (also known as Frem, BK Frem or BK Frem Copenhagen) is a Danish sports club based in the Valby- Sydhavnen area of Copenhagen. It is best known for its semi-professional football team. Since its foundation in 1886, Frem has won the Danish Championships six times and the Danish Cup twice. Until the disastrous bankruptcy in 1993, Frem had played in the top division all but six seasons. After the bankruptcy the club fought its way back to the top of Danish football, but in 2010 it went bankrupt again and was demoted to the Copenhagen Series—the fifth tier in the Danish league system. Etvin Carl Pauli Jørgensen (4 December 1905 – 30 October 1993), known simply as Pauli Jørgensen, was a Danish amateur football player and manager. In his position of centre forward, Jørgensen played 297 matches and scored 288 goals for Boldklubben Frem. He won four Danish championships with Frem as a player, and coached the team to a fifth title. He played 47 international matches and scored 44 goals for the Denmark national team, making him the most capped Danish player for 22 years following his retirement.
