Sydney Bus Route 144
Sydney bus route 144 is operated by Keolis Downer Northern Beaches between Manly wharf and Chatswood station. It was Sydney's first government operated bus route. History In the late 1920s, White Transit Company commenced operating route 144 between Manly wharf and Cremorne Junction where it connected with tram services. State Transit Authority
The State Transit Authority of New South Wales, also referred to as State Transit, was an agency of the Government of New South Wales operating bus services in Sydney. Gore Hill is an urban locality on the Lower North Shore of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Gore Hill is located within the southern part of the suburb of Artarmon, and the north-west of the suburb of St Leonards. St Leonards Railway Station
St Leonards railway station is located on the North Shore line, serving the Sydney suburb of St Leonards including the nearby Artarmon Industrial Area and Gore Hill. It is served by Sydney Trains T1 North Shore line services. History St Leonards station opened on 1 January 1890 as the terminus station of the North Shore line from Hornsby.
