Switzerland competed at the 1964 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck, Austria. None of the 72 athletes won a medal. It was the first and only time (as of Pyeongchang 2018) that Switzerland didn't win a single medal at Winter Olympics. Swiss Olympic Association
Swiss Olympic (also known as german: Schweizerischer Olympischer Verband, french: Association Olympique Suisse, it, Associazione Olimpica Svizzera, rm, Assiociaziun Olimpica Svizra) is the National Olympic Committee and the umbrella organisation for organised Swiss sport under private law. It has 104 members (81 national sports federations and 23 partner organisations), to which some two million people belong, practising sports in about 19,000 clubs. Swiss Olympic has its headquarters in the House of Sports in Ittigen near Bern. Swiss Olympic represents Olympic as well as non-Olympic sports and is a non-profit organisation.
