Olympic Pool, Moscow
The Olympic Pool, formerly Swimming Pool of the Luzhniki Stadium, Central Lenin Stadium is an aquatics center that is part of the Luzhniki Sports Complex in Moscow, Russia. It was opened in 1957 and renovated in 1980. The 10,500-seat venue hosted Water Polo at the 1980 Summer Olympics, water polo events at the 1980 Summer Olympics. Volume 2. Part 1. pp. 55-7. Arthur Byron MacDonald (born July 23, 1950) is an American Canadian swimming coach who helms the Toronto Varsity Blues swim teams at the University of Toronto. He is a former swimmer who competed for Canada in the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, Germany. MacDonald placed sixth in the final of the men's 100-metre butterfly, and also competed in the preliminary heats of the 200-metre butterfly, but did not advance. He is currently the head coach of the Toronto Titans for the International Swimming League, and has also MacDonald coached Varsity Blues swim teams to 24 Canadian Interuniversity Sport USports National Championships — Fifteen women's, and nine men's —including most recently, a women's and men's team competition sweep of the 2015-2016 national titles. Felipe Muñoz Kapamas (born February 3, 1951) is a Mexican former breaststroke swimmer. He competed at the 1968 and 1972 Summer Olympics and won a gold medal in the 200 m event in 1968. Since 2008, he is the President of the Mexican Olympic Committee. He served as Deputy of the LV and LXII Legislature of the Mexican Congress. Muñoz is of Greek descent on his mother's side. His nickname is "el tibio", which means "lukewarm" in Spanish, a nickname which has multiple possible explanations. Mark Webster Chatfield (August 11, 1953 – December 23, 1998) was an American breaststroke swimmer and breaststroke specialist. Chatfield won the gold medal in the 100-meter breaststroke at the 1971 Pan American Games. He represented the United States as a 19-year-old at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, Germany. He advanced to the event final of the men's 100-meter breaststroke, finishing fourth with a time of 1:06.1. He was the 1973 U.S. national champion in the 100-yard breaststroke (57.36).
