The Svinøy Bridge ( no, Svinøybrua) is a cantilever road bridge in the town of Svolvær in Vågan Municipality in Nordland county, Norway. The bridge connects the small island of Svinøya with the "main island" of Austvågøya in the middle of the town of Svolvær. Svolvær () is the administrative centre of Vågan Municipality in Nordland County, Norway. It is located on the island of Austvågøya in the Lofoten archipelago, along the Vestfjorden. Name The place is first mentioned in 1567 as "Suoluer", though there is some evidence of sparse settlement, likely overflowing from nearby established settlements predating the aforementioned reference.
