Svetoslav Petrov (footballer Born 1978)
Svetoslav Petrov ( bg, Светослав Петров; born 12 February 1978) is a Bulgarian former footballer who played as a midfielder. Career Petrov began his professional career at native club Dobrudzha Dobrich during 1996. In December 1999, he was sold to CSKA Sofia, with whom in 2002-03 season he became a champion of Bulgaria. This was the first of the three league titles to come for CSKA in the 2000s. In 2004, Petrov was sold to Russian side Kuban Krasnodar for €500,000. He earned 32 appearances in the Russian Premier League and scored two goals, before a year later, he returned to Bulgaria, signing with Lokomotiv Sofia. In January 2006 he resided in Azerbaijan and signed with local team Neftchi Baku. In 2007 Petrov spent a half season on loan at Chinese Super League side Changchun Yatai, and helped them win the 2007 league title. CSKA Sofia ( bg, ЦСКА София) is a Bulgarian professional association football club based in Sofia and currently competing in the country's premier football competition, the First League. The Russian Premier League (RPL; russian: Российская премьер-лига; РПЛ), also written as Russian Premier Liga, is the top division professional association football league in Russia. The 2007 Chinese Super League (CSL 2007) season or the Kingway brewery Chinese Super League as it was known for sponsorship reasons was the fourth edition since its establishment, the 14th season of professional football as well as being the 46th top-tier league season in China. Starting on March 3, 2007 and ending on November 14, 2007 it saw Changchun Yatai clinch the league title for the first time in the last game of the season, while Xiamen Lanshi was relegated with two games to spare. Coincidentally, both of these teams were promoted in the previous season. The champions as well as the runner-up of the league would qualify for the AFC Champions League 2008 as was the same from the previous season. Milen Radukanov ( bg, Милен Радуканов; born 12 December 1972) is a former Bulgarian footballer. Coaching career CSKA Sofia In 2010, Radukanov was appointed as CSKA Sofia's assistant coach and interpreter for the Romanian head coach Ioan Andone. Because of that fact he is known as the "Bulgarian Jose Mourinho". Later he joined the coaching staff of Adalbert Zafirov, Pavel Dotchev and Gjore Jovanovski. On 21 October 2010, he became the temporary head coach of CSKA. The team showed impressive results under him, which led to his appointment as permanent head coach. Akademik Sofia ( bg, Академик) is a Bulgarian football club from Sofia, which currently plays in the fourth tier of Bulgarian football, A RFG Sofia South. The team's stadium is located in the Slatina municipality of Sofia and its capacity is 10,000. Akademik was founded in 1947 by students from the Sofia University and debuted in A PFG in 1949.
