Milen Radukanov
Milen Radukanov ( bg, Милен Радуканов; born 12 December 1972) is a former Bulgarian footballer. Coaching career CSKA Sofia In 2010, Radukanov was appointed as CSKA Sofia's assistant coach and interpreter for the Romanian head coach Ioan Andone. Because of that fact he is known as the "Bulgarian Jose Mourinho". Later he joined the coaching staff of Adalbert Zafirov, Pavel Dotchev and Gjore Jovanovski. On 21 October 2010, he became the temporary head coach of CSKA. The team showed impressive results under him, which led to his appointment as permanent head coach. His assistants were Todor Yanchev (the team's captain) and Svetoslav Petrov. When Radukanov took the helm, CSKA were 11th in the league table. He managed to take them to 3rd place by the end of the season and also won the Bulgarian Cup and Bulgarian Supercup that year. Vidin
Vidin ( bg, Видин, ; Old Romanian: Diiu) is a port city on the southern bank of the Danube in north-western Bulgaria. It is close to the borders with Romania and Serbia, and is also the administrative centre of Vidin Province, as well as of the Metropolitan of Vidin (since 870). Bulgarian Supercup
The Bulgarian Supercup ( bg, Суперкупа на България) is the trophy won in a football match held between the football club that has won the Bulgarian first football division in the season that ended in the year of the match and the holder of the Bulgarian Cup at that time. In case the champion of Bulgaria has also won the cup, the Bulgarian Cup finalist competes with the champion in the match for the trophy. The Supercup match is usually held during the weekend before the start of a new season. Since 2004 the Supercup game has been an annual event. Bulgarian Cup
The Bulgarian Cup ( bg, Купа на България, Kupa na Bulgaria) is a Bulgarian annual football competition. It is the country's main cup competition and all officially registered Bulgarian football teams take part in it. The tournament's format is ''single-elimination'', with all matches being one-legged, except the semi-finals. The competition's winner gets the right to take part in the UEFA Europa Conference League. If the winner has already secured a place through the Bulgarian A Professional Football Group, the team that has come ''fourth'' in the championship substitutes it. The competition has been dominated by Sofia-based teams. The Sofia teams have won together a total number of 65 titles. The three most successful teams are Levski Sofia (26 cups), CSKA Sofia (21 cups) and Slavia Sofia (8 cups). The current cup holders are Levski Sofia, who beat CSKA Sofia 1–0 in the 2022 final. Svetoslav Petrov (footballer Born 1978)
Svetoslav Petrov ( bg, Светослав Петров; born 12 February 1978) is a Bulgarian former footballer who played as a midfielder. Career Petrov began his professional career at native club Dobrudzha Dobrich during 1996. In December 1999, he was sold to CSKA Sofia, with whom in 2002-03 season he became a champion of Bulgaria. This was the first of the three league titles to come for CSKA in the 2000s. In 2004, Petrov was sold to Russian side Kuban Krasnodar for €500,000. He earned 32 appearances in the Russian Premier League and scored two goals, before a year later, he returned to Bulgaria, signing with Lokomotiv Sofia. In January 2006 he resided in Azerbaijan and signed with local team Neftchi Baku. In 2007 Petrov spent a half season on loan at Chinese Super League side Changchun Yatai, and helped them win the 2007 league title. Todor Dimitrov Yanchev ( bg, Тодор Янчев; born 19 May 1976) is a former Bulgarian footballer, who played as a midfielder. Career Playing career Born in Kazanlak, Yanchev's first club was local club F.C. Rozova Dolina, before he moved to the squads of PFC Neftochimic Burgas. In the summer break of 2000 CSKA Sofia signed Yanchev. With CSKA he became a champion of Bulgaria for 2003 and 2005. After the end of 2004–05 season, Yanchev transferred to Greek side Kallithea. Year later, as a free agent he signed with Randers, spending one season in Danish Superliga. In 2007, Todor returned to Bulgaria, to join CSKA Sofia for the second time. Gjorgji "Gjore" Jovanovski ( mk, Ѓopѓи "Ѓope" Joвaнoвcки; born 22 March 1956) is a Macedonian football manager and former player. Adalbert Zafirov ( bg, Адалберт Зафиров; born 29 September 1969) is a Bulgarian former football centre-back who most recently managed CSKA 1948. Club career Zafirov was born in Sofia. Ioan Andone (; born 15 March 1960) is a Romanian football coach and former player. Club career Ioan Andone, nicknamed "Fălcosul" was born on 15 March 1960 in Șpălnaca and when he was 14 years old he played basketball and football simultaneously, Carol Gal being his first football coach at Școala Sportivă Hunedoara, after which at 16 he decided to concentrate exclusively on his football career when he went at Corvinul Hunedoara's youth center where he was coached by Dumitru Pătrașcu.
