Sven Johansson (canoeist)
Sven Bertil Johansson (10 June 1912 – 5 August 1953) was a Swedish sprint canoeist who won a gold medal in the folding K-2 10000 m event at the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin. Västervik is a city status in Sweden, city and the seat of Västervik Municipality, Kalmar County, Sweden, with 36,747 inhabitants in 2021. Västervik is one of three coastal towns with a notable population size in the province of Småland. Climate Västervik has a semi-continental type of the oceanic climate (Köppen climate classification, Cfb) using the -3°C isotherm, and a true humid continental climate (Dfb) using the 0°C isotherm, with vast differences between seasons. Vaxholm
Vaxholm is a locality and the seat of Vaxholm Municipality, Stockholm County, Sweden. It is located on the island of in the Stockholm archipelago. The name Vaxholm comes from Vaxholm Castle, which was constructed in 1549 on an islet with this name on the inlet to Stockholm, for defence purposes, by King Gustav Vasa. For historical reasons it has always been referred to as a ''city'', despite the small number of inhabitants, which as of 2010 total was 4,857. Vaxholm Municipality prefers to use the designation ''Vaxholms stad'' (City of Vaxholm) for its whole territory, including 64 islets in the Stockholm archipelago, a usage which is somewhat confusing.
