Sven Andersson (1668–1691), was a Swedish farmhand from Vättle in Västergötland, who was executed for having sexual intercourse with a bergrå (a mountain-nymph; a mythical female creature of the mountain).Grimberg, Carl : Svenska folkets underbara öden. 4, 1660–1707 (1959) The case is often quoted to illustrate the cases where humans were sentenced to death accused of having sexual relations with mythical creatures, and was likely the last one of such cases in Sweden. It also provides a good illustration of the phenomenon known as ''bergtagning'' (Literary: ''Taken by the mountain''), which is a well-attested belief in old Scandinavia. Sven Tommy Andersson (born 6 October 1963) is a Swedish former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Beginning his career with Örgryte IS in 1980, he went on to represent IFK Strömstad and Helsingborgs IF before retiring at West Ham United in 2002. A full international for Sweden, he won one cap in 1990 and was a part of his country's 1990 FIFA World Cup squad. He also represented the Sweden Olympic team at the 1988 Summer Olympics. Playing career Born in Strömstad near the Norwegian border, he began his professional career in Örgryte IS, a club with which he won the Allsvenskan championship in 1985. He got 1 cap for Sweden, and was called up as a reserve in the Swedish squad for the 1990 FIFA World Cup in Italy. Sven Olof Morgan Andersson (5 April 1910 – 21 September 1987) was a Swedish Social Democratic politician. He served as Minister of Defence from 1957 to 1973, and as Minister for Foreign Affairs from 1973 to 1976. Andersson also served as Minister of Communications (Transport) from 1951 to 1957. He was during this time as a prominent Social Democratic cabinet minister a strong anti-Communist and defence hawk.
