Susanne Bratli
Susanne Bratli (born 10 June 1966) is a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. Since 2009, she has been a member of parliament for Nord-Trøndelag. Bratli was born of Olle Andersson and Røydis Rebnord. She went to Namsos Primary and Lower Secondary School from 1973 to 1982, and took general studies at Namsos Upper Secondary School from 1982 to 1985. She worked as a sales clerk at the hardware store Bygger'n in Grong from 1985 to 1996. She was leader of Overhalla Labour Party from 1989 to 1994, and was a member of the municipal council of Overhalla for three terms from 1991 to 2003, the last eight years as a member of the executive board. She was leader of Nord-Trøndelag Labour Party from 1995 to 1997, and sat on the central board of the Norwegian Labour Party from 1996 to 2000. Nord-Trøndelag
Nord-Trøndelag (; "North Trøndelag") was a county constituting the northern part of the present-day Trøndelag county in Norway. The county was established in 1804 when the old Trondhjems amt was divided into two: Nordre Trondhjems amt and Søndre Trondhjems amt. In 2016, the two county councils voted to merge (back) into a single county on 1 January 2018. As of 1 January 2014, the county had 135,142 inhabitants, making it the country's fourth-least populated county. The largest municipalities are Stjørdal, Steinkjer—the county seat, Levanger, Namsos, and Verdal, all with between 24,000 and 12,000 inhabitants. The economy is primarily centered on services, although there are significant industries in agriculture, fisheries, hydroelectricity and forestry. 2009 Norwegian Parliamentary Election
Parliamentary elections were held in Norway on 13 and 14 September 2009. Elections in Norway are held on a Monday in September, usually the second or third Monday, as determined by the king. Early voting was possible between 10 August and 11 September 2009, while some municipalities also held open voting on 13 September. Voters elected 169 members for the Storting, each for a four-year term. Voter turn-out in the 2009 general elections was 76.4%. Candidates were elected on party lists in each of the 19 counties. 2007 Norwegian Local Elections
Country-wide local elections for seats in municipality and county councils were held throughout Norway on 10 September 2007, with some areas polling on 9 September as well.
