The Murder of Bob Chappell occurred on 26 January 2009 in Hobart, Tasmania, Hobart in Tasmania. Robert Adrian Chappell, the de facto partner of Susan Blyth "Sue" Neill-Fraser, disappeared from their yacht, ''Four Winds''. Neill-Fraser was found guilty of his murder in 2010. Various appeals have all been dismissed. Mount Nelson is a suburb of the city of Hobart, Tasmania, Australia above the Hobart suburb of Sandy Bay and to the south of Hobart's CBD. Because of its views over the River Derwent (Tasmania), it is one of the more prestigious suburbs in Hobart. Timothy James Ellis SC is a Tasmanian barrister and former Tasmanian Director of Public Prosecutions. Background Ellis was born in 1955 and raised in Longford, Tasmania. He graduated LLB from the University of Tasmania in 1977.
