Suren Kerselyan
Suren Kerselyan is a former Vice Premier and Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security of Abkhazia. Kerselyan was appointed as Vice Premier and Labour Minister on 15 October 2014 by newly elected President Raul Khajimba, in the cabinet of Prime Minister Beslan Butba. After Butba was replaced as Prime Minister by Artur Mikvabia, Kerselyan was replaced as Vice Premier by Dmitri Serikov on 8 April 2015. Beslan Butba
Beslan Butba ( ab, Беслан Быҭәба, ka, ბესლან ბუთბა) (born February 7, 1960) is a businessman and a former Prime Minister of Abkhazia. He owns Abkhazia's only private television station Abaza TV and is the chairman of the Party of the Economic Development of Abkhazia. Butba was an unsuccessful candidate in the December 2009 presidential election. Early life and education Beslan Butba was born on 7 February 1960 in the village of Chlou in the Ochamchira District of the Abkhazian ASSR. In 1983 he graduated from the Institute for Engineering and Construction in Moscow. Ruslan Ajba is the current Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security of Abkhazia. Early life and education Ajba was born in 1975 in the village of Achandara, Gudauta District. He finished school in 1992 and graduated in 1999 in finance and credit from the economic faculty of the Abkhazian State University. In subsequent years Ajba worked as Chief Specialist in the Main Control Directorate of the presidential administration. Raul Khajimba
Raul Jumkovich Khajimba ( ab, Рауль Џьумка-иҧа Ҳаџьымба, ka, რაულ ჯუმკას-ძე ჰაჯიმბა; born 21 March 1958) is an Abkhazian politician, and served as President of Abkhazia from 25 September 2014 until 12 January 2020. He was also Chairman of the Forum for the National Unity of Abkhazia from 2010 to 2015. Khajimba previously held the offices of Vice President (2005–2009), Prime Minister (2003–2004) and Defence Minister (2002–2003). He unsuccessfully ran for President in 2004, 2009 and 2011. Dmitri Serikov is a Vice Premier and the Minister for Finance of Abkhazia. Early life, education and career (until 2015) Serikov was born on 29 November 1976 in Moscow. In 2000 he graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, and in 2002, from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Between 2000 and 2002, Serikov also worked at the All-Russian Research Institute for Automation. In 2002, he became accountant-economist at the mobile phone operator Sonic Duo CJSC, which was merged into MegaFon that year. In 2004, Serikov became financial director of Aquafon in Abkhazia.
