Supreme Sanction
''Supreme Sanction'' is a 1999 action crime thriller film directed by John Terlesky and starring Michael Madsen, Kristy Swanson, and David Dukes. The film premiered on HBO on April 9, 1999. It uses stock footage from a 1998 film ''Airborne''. Plot summary A secret government unit, Section Alpha, leads an enemy pilot to attack army helicopters during a patrol, killing a female soldier. A television reporter investigates to uncover the truth but the unit wants him killed too, so it sends a skilled assassin. She deliberately misfires a shot when she sees him with his daughter, making her Alpha's next target, as she recalls the fatal hits on a general who has known all about the attack. After saving his life, she joins him to fight back. John Terlesky
John Todd Terlesky (born May 30, 1961) is an American actor, film director, television director and screenwriter. As an actor, he is best known for playing Deathstalker in the 1987 film ''Deathstalker II'', and Mike in '' Chopping Mall'' (1986). Life and career Terlesky was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, on May 30, 1961. Since the mid-1980s, Terlesky has acted in a number of films and television series. His first notable television role was in the NBC drama ''Legmen''. His other television credits include '' The Facts of Life'', '' V'', '' Our House'', ''Empty Nest'', ''Walker, Texas Ranger'', a recurring role on ''Guns of Paradise'' and co-starring in the sitcom '' The Last Frontier''. Marshall Manesh (born August 16, 1950) is an Iranian-American actor. Biography When Manesh was young, his father died; he was raised by his mother, from whom he feels he got his strength to make it in show business. He went to the United States in the mid-70s, joined the Persian Theater Group, and traveled extensively throughout the US, Canada and Europe for eight years. His debut film was ''True Lies'', directed by James Cameron. He has since appeared in more than 100 feature films, in television projects, and in more than 40 commercials.
