Superior Township is one of the twelve townships of Williams County, Ohio, United States. The 2020 census found 1,286 people in the township. Geography Located in the central part of the county, it borders the following townships: * Bridgewater Township - north * Madison Township - northeast * Jefferson Township - east * Pulaski Township - southeast corner * Center Township - south * St. Joseph Township - southwest corner * Florence Township - west * Northwest Township - northwest corner It is one of only two county townships (the other being Jefferson Township) without a border on another county.
