Superband (TV Program)
''Superband'' ( Korean: 슈퍼밴드) is a South Korean talent show produced by JTBC in 2019, where indie musicians were invited to perform and eventually create a "superband", competing against each other. The average viewership rating was around 3%, and the show received positive and negative feedback, as well. The concept and its genre diversity was praised, while the media heavily criticised the lack of female participants. Only involving the viewers in the decision process at the end of the show drew criticism, as well. Besides the winning band, the 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 6th place bands also signed with different production companies after the show. The winner was Hoppipolla. OnePiece (music Production Team)
OnePiece () is a Korean production team composed of musicians Yoon Sang, Davink, wan9u, and Spacecowboy. OnePiece made their debut without wan9u in November 2015 with a hip-hop and EDM genre mix of the song "Let's Get It" featuring Dok2. OnePiece has contributed extensively to the Korean girl group Lovelyz's music. Wan9u joined the group in 2016. Formation and production history OnePiece was formed around producer and singer Yoon Sang in 2014. Yoon Sang and Spacecowboy first collaborated when Spacecowboy provided the rhythm track for Yoon Sang's 2014 single "If you wanna console me…(날 위로하려거든)". The guitar is a fretted musical instrument that typically has six strings. Superstar K7 () is the seventh season of the South Korean television talent show series Superstar K, which premiered on 20 August 2015 on Mnet and aired Thursday nights at 11PM KST. Eliminations are determined in every episode, based on text message votes and online votes that are open to the entire public. The winner of Superstar K7, Kevin Oh received 500,000,000 won (US$470,990), a Jaguar XE, and other benefits. Chae Bo-hun (b. 23 August, 1992) is a South Korean singer-songwriter, also known as The VANE. He is the vocalist of rock band Purple Rain, which finished third at JTBC's televised talent show ''Superband''. He regularly contributes to Korean drama soundtracks, as well. Yoo Dong-geun (born June 18, 1956) is a South Korean actor. He is best known for his leading roles in the historical television dramas ''Tears of the Dragon'', '' Empress Myseongseong'', and '' Yeon Gaesomun''. The Rose () is a South Korean indie-rock band under their company Windfall and partnered up with Transparent Arts.
