It is in the northwest part of the county and is bordered to the west by Joliet and to the south and east by Crest Hill. Joliet ( ) is a city in Will County, Illinois, Will and Kendall County, Illinois, Kendall counties in the U.S. state of Illinois, southwest of Chicago. It is the county seat of Will County. Interstate 55 (I-55) is a major Interstate Highway in the central United States. As with most primary Interstates that end in a five, it is a major cross-country, north–south route, connecting the Gulf of Mexico to the Great Lakes. Crest Hill, Illinois
Crest Hill is a city in Lockport Township, Will County, Illinois, United States. The 2020 census put Crest Hill's population at 20,459. The neighborhood of Stern Park Gardens, later incorporated with Crest Hill, renamed itself Lidice in 1942 following the Lidice massacre.
