Øystein Sunde
Øystein Olaf Sunde (born 24 January 1947) is a Norwegian folk singer and guitarist. He is known for his high-speed guitar and banjo style and his satirical lyrics. Although often regarded as a comedian, Sunde is a versatile guitarist who has played with several Dixieland bands and jazz combos over the years. Early years He was born 24 January 1947 in Oslo, but his family moved to Skarnes in 1954 where Sunde went to school. In 1955, the family moved back to Lambertseter in Oslo and Sunde continued school there. The same year he started playing piano, but he did not like this because he was forced to rehearse scales and partially because his teacher could play boogiewoogie and Sunde was not allowed to do so by his teacher. Despite protests from his parents he ended his piano playing career at the age of 7. Sundet is a very small bay along the Radfjorden in Alver Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. It is just north of the city of Bergen. Milt Sunde
Milton John Sunde (February 1, 1942 – April 21, 2020) was an American football player. He played professionally as a Guard (gridiron football), guard in the National Football League (NFL) for the Minnesota Vikings from 1964 to 1974. Sunde attended Abraham Lincoln High School (Minnesota), Bloomington High School and the University of Minnesota. He played with the Vikings in two of their losing Super Bowl efforts (Super Bowl IV, IV and Super Bowl IX, IX). He missed playing for the Vikings in Super Bowl VIII due to an injury suffered in the NFC championship game two weeks earlier. Sunde died on April 22, 2020 at the age of 78. References
