John David Jackson (born November 18, 1977), better known by his stage name Fabolous, is an American rapper. Raised in Brooklyn, he first gained recognition while still a senior in high school, when he performed live on American music executive DJ Clue's radio show, then on WQHT, Hot 97. Jackson subsequently signed to DJ Clue's Desert Storm Records, Desert Storm imprint, and later secured a distribution deal with major-label, Elektra Records, Elektra. Jackson gained prominence with his first release, ''Ghetto Fabolous'' (2001), which spawned the hit singles "Can't Deny It" (featuring Nate Dogg) and "Young'n (Holla Back)". The Official Charts (legal name: The Official UK Charts Company Limited) is a British inter-professional organization that compiles various "official" record charts in the United Kingdom, Ireland and France. ''Loso's Way'' is the fifth studio album by American rapper Fabolous. The album was released on July 28, 2009, by Desert Storm Records, Street Family Records and Def Jam Recordings. The album's first two singles were released simultaneously on May 26, 2009. "Throw It in the Bag" features The-Dream and " My Time" features Jeremih. Two more singles were subsequently released, Everything, Everyday, Everywhere" featuring Keri Hilson and "Money Goes, Honey Stay" featuring Jay-Z. ''Street Dreams'' is the second studio album by American rapper Fabolous. The album was released on March 4, 2003, by Desert Storm Records and Elektra Records. It was received moderately from a critical standpoint and was a commercial success. It reached number three on the US ''Billboard'' 200, with 185,000 copies sold in its first week. It had four charting singles, but only "Into You", which featured Tamia (and an alternate version, featuring Ashanti) and " Can't Let You Go" were major successes.
