Rugby Union
Rugby union, commonly known simply as rugby, is a close-contact team sport that originated at Rugby School in the first half of the 19th century. One of the two codes of rugby football, it is based on running with the ball in hand. In its most common form, a game is played between two teams of 15 players each, using an oval-shaped ball on a rectangular field called a pitch. The field has H-shaped goalposts at both ends. Ben Healy (rugby Union)
Ben Healy (born 29 June 1999) is an Irish-born, Scottish-qualified rugby union player who plays as a fly-half for Edinburgh and for the Scotland national rugby union team. Early life Healy first began playing rugby for Nenagh Ormond in County Tipperary, and went on to captain Glenstal Abbey to their first Munster Schools Rugby Senior Cup in 2018, defeating Christian Brothers College 18–17 in the final. He also won representation for Munster at under-18, under-19 and under-20 level, as well as Ireland at under-18 and under-19 level. Rory Darge (born 23 February 2000) is a Scotland international rugby union player for Glasgow Warriors in the United Rugby Championship. Darge's primary position is flanker. He previously played for Southern Knights and Edinburgh Rugby. Matt Fagerson
Matthew Joseph Fagerson (born 16 July 1998) is a Scottish professional rugby union player who plays as a number eight for United Rugby Championship club Glasgow Warriors and the Scotland national team. Early life Fagerson played for the great Dundee Eagles at junior rugby level. Fagerson attended the High School of Dundee and Strathallan School and played for the Caledonia U18 district side. When not in Warriors duty, Fagerson plays for Glasgow Hawks. Club career Fagerson enrolled in the BT Sport Scottish Rugby Academy in 2015-16 as a Stage 2 player. Alistair William Price (born 12 May 1993) is a Scotland international rugby union player who plays as a scrum-half for Glasgow Warriors. Early life and education Price was born on 12 May 1993 in King's Lynn, Norfolk, England. He was educated at Wisbech Grammar School, an independent school in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. Kyle Douglas Steyn (born 29 January 1994) is a professional rugby union player who plays as a centre or wing for United Rugby Championship side Glasgow Warriors and the Scotland national team. Stafford McDowall (born 24 February 1998) is a Scottish professional rugby union player for Glasgow Warriors. His usual position is at the centre position, though he can also cover at full back. Ben O'Keeffe (born 3 January 1989) is a rugby union referee from New Zealand. He currently referees at domestic, Super Rugby and test match level.
