Alex Hutson, known professionally as U-Jean, is an American pop, R&B and hip-hop artist mostly performing in Europe. He is mostly known for features of the songs "Turn This Club Around" and " Summer Jam" by German dance band R.I.O. His debut single "Heaven Is a Place on Earth", a cover of the Belinda Carlisle song, was released on 17 June 2011. The song features vocals from Carlprit. The Underdog Project
The Underdog Project is a German dance group which launched its first album, '' It Doesn't Matter'' in 2001. Their hits include "Saturday" (not to be confused with "Saturday Night"; this was not released until two years after the album had come out), " Summer Jam" and "Tonight". The band has four members: Vic Krishna (vocals), Craig Smart (vocals), DJ Frank (remixes) and AJ Duncan (keyboards). Career The band was formed when Canadian artist Vic Krishna was visiting Germany and had a jam session with Canadian singer Craig Smart and the production team of ToneDef and Triple S. It went well, so they started recording; mostly demo tapes, but also full-fledged tracks. When there was enough material for an album, ''It Doesn't Matter'' was the end result. VIVA (abbreviation for: translating to "Video Exploitation Facility") was a German free-to-air music television channel, first broadcast on 1 December 1993. The channel was intended to compete against MTV Europe and was the first German-language music TV channel, while MTV was only broadcast in English until the introduction of MTV Germany in 1997.
