Summadayze
Summadayze was an annual Australian music festival held in the month of January. The first event occurred on 1 January 1999 at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl in Melbourne. It subsequently expanded into a four city festival including one in New Zealand. Summadayze was organised by Future Entertainment before it was liquidated in 2013. Summadayze was held at Doug Jennings Park on the Gold Coast in 2003. In 2004, the Summadayze festival was held in Melbourne, Gold Coast, Auckland and Perth. The 2006 event in Melbourne saw 23,000 tickets sellout for a 15-hour event. 35 drug-related arrests were made. In 2011, events were again held in Melbourne, Adelaide, Gold Coast and Perth. The Melbourne event saw 59 people arrested on drugs charges. Future Entertainment is a Melbourne based, youth-focused electronic music entertainment company created by dance-music event organiser Mark James in 1993. Its objective was to present annual music festivals at Australian venues and landmarks. Seth Troxler
Seth Troxler is an American DJ and record producer from Lake Orion, Michigan. His DJ work focuses on house and techno, while he has produced on the Wolf + Lamb, Crosstown Rebels and Circus Company labels, collaborating with artists Art Department, Deetron, Tiefschwarz, Matthew Dear and Subb-an. Troxler draws upon the musical heritage of Detroit and Chicago and his influences include Richie Hawtin and Moodymann. Roger Sanchez
Roger Sanchez (born June 1, 1967) is a Dominican-American house music DJ, remixer and producer. He won a Grammy Award for his remix of "Hella Good" by No Doubt in 2003, and is best known for his song " Another Chance", which was an international hit in 2001. Marco "Benny" Benassi (; born 13 July 1967) is an Italian DJ, record producer and remixer. He is widely seen as a pioneer of electro house, a genre brought into the mainstream by his 2002 summer club hit " Satisfaction". He started his career as DJ along with his cousin Alessandro "Alle" Benassi, forming the electronica duo Benassi Bros. Simon Neale (born 20 January 1977 in Portsmouth, Hampshire, England), known by his stage names Shadow Child and Dave Spoon, is an English radio DJ and dance music producer. He's also part of the duo Avec alongside Doorly. He was part of the line-up on BBC Radio 1's "In New DJs We Trust" feature, which ran from Thursday night to Friday morning at 2 am to 4 am. Ayalah Deborah Bentovim (born 30 December 1970), better known by her stage name Sister Bliss, is a British keyboardist, record producer, DJ and songwriter. New Young Pony Club
NYPC (also known as New Young Pony Club) are an English electronic music band from London. The band was formed by Andy Spence and Tahita Bulmer in 2004. Their influences are predominantly post-punk and new wave artists. Career Forming and signing Mutual friends introduced now London-based vocalist Tahita Bulmer and producer Andy Spence, who shared a love of punk rock and dance music.
