Sultan Mubarak Al-Dawoodi (born 16 March 1985) is a Saudi Arabian discus thrower. He was born in Bisha. His personal best is 65.52 metres, achieved in Biała Podlaska Biała Podlaska ( la, Alba Ducalis) is a city in eastern Poland with 56,498 inhabitants as of December 2021. It is situated in the Lublin Voivodeship (since 1999), having previously been the capital of Biała Podlaska Voivodeship (1975–1998). ... in June 2016. He had represented Saudi Arabia at the Summer Olympics three times (2008, 2012, and 2016), failing to reach the final on every occasion. He was banned from competing for two years for doping. Doping ban Al-Dawoodi tested positive for norandrosterone in April 2009 and was subsequently banned from competing in sports for 2 years. The ban ended on 5 June 2011. Bisha ( ar, بيشة, '), also known as Qal`at Bishah ( ar, قلعة بيشة, '), is a town in the south-western Saudi Arabian province, 'Asir. Bisha was its own province before merging with its neighboring province, 'Asir. The 1st Islamic Solidarity Games held in the Islamic holy city of Mecca in Saudi Arabia from 8–20 April 2005 with an Olympic-style tournament aimed at showing Muslim sports prowess and featuring 6,000 athletes.
