Sukhamo Devi
''Sukhamo Devi'' () is a 1986 Indian Malayalam-language romantic drama film written and directed by Venu Nagavally in his directorial debut. The story was based on his own life's experience. It features Mohanlal, Shankar, Geetha and Urvashi in major roles. The film features songs composed by Raveendran and a score by M. B. Sreenivasan. Plot Two good friends, Nandan and Sunny, are singers in their senior year of college. Nandan is a hard working introvert while Sunny is well rounded, sporty, and loved among his friends. Nandan and Sunny have girlfriends Devi and Thara, respectively, who match them exactly in personality. Venu Nagavally
Venu Nagavally (16 April 1949 – 10 September 2010) was an Indian actor, screenwriter and director best known for his work in Malayalam cinema, Malayalam film industry. He has directed 12 films. Son of writer, commentator, and broadcaster Nagavally R. S. Kurup, Venu has acted in about fifty films, directed films such as ''Sukhamo Devi'' (1986), ''Sarvakalashala'' (1987), ''Lal Salam (1990 film), Lal Salam'' (1990), and ''Aye Auto'' (1990), and scripted the commercially successful ''Kilukkam'' (1991). Kaviyoor Ponnamma is an Indian actress who appears in Malayalam films and television. She began her career performing in theatre dramas before foraying into cinema. Nedumudi Venu
Kesavan Venugopal (22 May 1948 – 11 October 2021), better known by his stage name Nedumudi Venu, was an Indian actor and screenwriter from Kerala, who predominantly worked in Malayalam cinema. He acted in more than 500 films, primarily in Malayalam cinema, Malayalam and also in Tamil cinema, Tamil in a career spanning nearly five decades. He wrote screenplays and directed one film.
