''Horrid Henry'' is an animated children's television series based on the British children's book series of the same name by Francesca Simon. Produced by Novel Entertainment (in association with Nelvana Limited for series 1 only), it was broadcast from 31 October 2006 until 17 May 2019 on CITV. The show is currently airing on Nicktoons and available to stream on Netflix in the UK since 28 May 2018. 250 episodes were produced. Nicktoons is a British pay television channel launched on 22 July 2002 as Nicktoons TV. It is a cartoon-centric sister channel to Nickelodeon. The channel airs Nickelodeon's original animated series.
